Becca Menduni is Board Certified in family law and has extensive experience in a wide range of family law matters including divorces, property enforcements, custody matters, child support, pre and post nuptial agreements as well as protective orders. Becca is trained in family law litigation and Collaborative law. She is also a trained family law mediator.
Becca graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in history and, later, graduated from Baylor University School of Law. Since graduating from Baylor University School of Law, she has practiced family law exclusively for over 10 years.
Becca has been named a Texas Rising Star by the Texas Monthly Magazine, an honor that recognizes the up-and-coming attorneys in Texas. Less than 5% of Texas attorneys receive this honor each year.
Becca is active in the legal community. She has lectured on several family law issues, and is an active member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialist, the Collaborative Law Group of Austin, the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas, the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Family Law Foundation, the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section, and the Austin Bar Association Family Law Section.
